Dubai's First Conrad Hotel Franchise to be Built on Prime Site at Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai
United Arab Emirate, Hotel Franchise development: Conrad Hotels, the luxury Hotel Franchising brand of the Hilton family, today reached an agreement with the Abu Dhabi headquartered real estate company Private Property Management, to operate and manage Dubai's first Conrad hotel, a luxurious 350-room property located in the heart of Dubai's commercial, business and entertainment district. This will be an extraordinary property and it will fit our plans to expand the Conrad brand further into the Middle East." Mohamed Ahmed Al Bowardi, Managing Director, Private Property Management said, "We are pleased that Conrad, one of the world's finest hotel brands, has selected Dubai as the site for the GCC's first luxury Conrad hotel. By fully utilizing Conrad and Hilton's vast global sales network, including more than 4000 sales people in 35 offices around the globe, we hope to reach out to a large percentage of the 15 million travellers that the Dubai government has forecast annually by the year 2010.
" The future Conrad Dubai will be strategically located on Sheikh Zayed Road, just 20 minutes from the Dubai International Airport and close to the Dubai World Trade Centre and International Convention Centre, Dubai International Financial Centre and the proposed Dubai Metro System Station. The hotel will be close to popular shopping districts.
With 16 award-winning luxury hotels strategically located in capital cities around the world including the Middle East, Conrad offers value to both business and leisure travellers, by establishing and maintaining the highest levels of service delivery with the renowned 'Conrad Service Culture'. The hotels provide fine accommodation, excellent restaurants, fully equipped health clubs, catering to both the corporate and leisure market, the hotel will feature 220 luxurious guest and Executive Floor rooms, plus 130 suites and serviced apartments. Additionally, signature office and retail space will make the Conrad Dubai a thriving addition to the community.
Conrad Dubai will also offer 12 meeting rooms and a business centre, a ballroom which can accommodate 1,100 people, innovative restaurants and bars, a nightclub and a Spa and Health Club with an outdoor swimming pool, offering a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. Conrad have been closely involved in all development aspects of the new Conrad Dubai and will operate the hotel on behalf of Private Property Management under a 15 year Management Agreement.
